The 2011 vintage was marked by a fairly dry winter and early spring. The warm temperatures of spring allowed the vines to grow quickly and the first flowers were present at the beginning of May, almost unheard of! After a hot summer, the harvest began a good two weeks early, the grapes were of very high quality
