Bague avec grenat pyrope et diamants Maison Vacheron Constantin supported on each side bySolid and uniform flat arm ring with open ends, on which rests a square four prong wire setting holding a set garnet. Each end of the arm features a decoration of five diamonds in a row, set with beads. Made of 18 carat white gold, 750 thousandths, with a polished mirror finish and rhodium plating. The craftsmanship is handmade, as is the setting of all the stones. It comes with a gemological certificate issued by the MLLOPIS Gemological Laboratory.
