This refreshing shade looks great on cool types, that's for sure. If you are a neutral or warm type, we also recommend the color, but then combine it with brown and a warm shade in the arch of the brow. The Almost Ice also works well as an eyeliner and can certainly be combined well with the blue eye pencil.
