Zilveren klontjestang, Wed. Hendrik van der Ree, Schoonhoven, 1853 Titel:Default Title attributed to the silversmith JanSilver sugar tongs made by the widow of Hendrik van der Ree from Schoonhoven. This maker's mark was used between 1853 and 1888. The tongs are hallmarked with the second fineness mark, maker's mark WR 103, Minerva head, and year letter T for 1853. The tongs are beautifully decorated with scroll motifs in the Biedermeier style. In good condition. Weight: 27. 4 grams. Length: 12. 5 cm.
