The demi parure was manufactured by Frank DeLizza and Harold Elster of Delizza and Elster (founded 1947). They manufactured jewelry for such designers as Hattie Carnegie, Hobe and Weiss. Juliana was their own brand where they manufactured unmarked jewelry before 1967 and used paper tags. The Juliana brooch is adorned with iridescent rhinestones and silver and clear iridescent glass beads. Classic
