Black Star Sapphire Pendant, Cabochon Oval, 925 Silver, g2 Archangel Michael As the Silica Gel wasA splendid Black Star Sapphire with a lovely clear Star in Sunlight, or any single point light source. Really this is not a true Sapphire but a different stone called Diopside but picked up the sapphire name as it has a Star, albeit four rays instead of the 6 that Ruby or Sapphire show. It's also known as the Star of India. Names aside, the Star is very real and brings the Stone to life. All stones bearing such a Star invoke a Higher Consciouness.
