The Turtle Top with Flex mouthpiece keeps the mouthpiece centred and arched over the tongue at all times, enhacing the mouthpiece stability and the horse's confidence and acceptance of the contact. The mouthpiece is placed in optimal allignment to the tongue and palate. This Pelham allows the mouthpiece to
